WE ARE STRONGER TOGETHER
Lend Your Voice
The stories are the movement. A statistic is easy to ignore; a real voice is not. The more of us who speak up, the harder we are to overlook, so add yours, and we will carry it forward together.
You don’t have to be a patient to have a stake in this
We want to hear from everyone this touches:
- Patients and former patients of UC San Diego’s maternal and reproductive mental health care.
- Family and friends who watched someone they love get the care they needed, or go without it.
- Clinicians and staff who know what these specialists mean to the people they serve.
- Anyone who wishes this care had existed for them or for someone they love. If you ever thought, “my mother could have used this,” that is a story worth telling.
Before you share
- You choose how you are named, full name, first name, initials, or fully anonymous.
- You control how it’s used. Nothing is published without your permission, and every story is reviewed first.
- Share only what feels right. You never need to include diagnoses, medications, or details you’d rather keep private.
- Sharing will not affect anyone’s care. This is advocacy and education, not medical or legal advice.
Please read our Privacy & Safety page before sharing.

Every field except your story is optional. You can read published stories on our Stories page.
Want the letters, too?
